Call Me Dad

As a follow-up to last year’s Regional Forum series, White Ribbon are returning to states across Australia to host screenings of the Documentary “Call Me Dad”. The evening will begin at 6:00pm and will include an official screening of the Documentary followed by a panel discussion with local experts from various fields. This compelling film puts an uncompromising spotlight on the voices that are rarely heard – men who perpetrate family and domestic violence. With intimate access to this highly confidential process, we follow these men over their journey through a Men’s Behaviour Change Program as they attempt to take responsibility for their violence, change themselves – and perhaps heal fragile bonds with their loved ones.

The screening will be followed by networking session to share insights from the film and ideas for engaging local men in addressing this critical issue.
